A platform for key back-office processes
With a low-code/no-code platform you can efficiently run and control complex approval processes, manage master data and code lists, and connect to every important system across the group.
AI wherever it makes sense
Xeelo is natively ready to use artificial intelligence to save you time, take on analytically demanding tasks or simply make work easier. It is most often used to extract data from invoices, but we have also applied it to flag risky passages in contracts, to analyse requests in procurement and other processes for maximum compliance, and to find specific details in supplier price lists. The newest trend: approving requests straight from a conversation with ChatGPT.
The processes groups digitise most often
Typically processes that used to run on paper or in Excel, or that were too complex to fit into a standard ERP or CRM system.
Xeelo: processes and master data under control
Digital approval — in the browser or the mobile app — speeds up approval processes. Logic in the background guides users and enforces your rules, and at any moment you can see what is happening in the company, who decided what, and where approvals are getting stuck.
Even the most complex forms with advanced business logic, or branched processes with many conditions and exceptions, are built in Xeelo without programming. If a document should come out of the process, Xeelo generates it as a PDF in your style from a template and the process data — and for documents that need signing, it can arrange a trusted electronic signature too.
¹ Via integration with the Microsoft OCR service. ² Via integration with DigiSign. Both licensed and charged separately.
Xeelo has just two user types. Requesters — typically all employees — create requests and start approval processes, and are always free. Processors — typically management — make decisions and move requests through the workflow; this is the only paid role. You don't pay for the number of processes, requests, decisions or documents, so the more processes a processor takes part in, the better their licence is used.
Integray: reliable integrations for demanding environments
Integray was built to integrate very different systems reliably and to control the data exchange between them — especially where the company depends on that exchange every day. Integrations, rules and all logic are configured in a clear application your IT team can easily adopt. It connects cloud and on-premise systems without security compromises, and its wide range of connectors reaches not only widely used systems but also proprietary ones that have often been running for twenty years.
Data transfers are monitored continuously: administrators see integrations running in real time, and statistics reveal abnormal behaviour early — so problems can be solved before they happen.
Integray is licensed by the number of integrations running in parallel. You can have as many integrations as you like — only the number running at the same moment is limited by the parallel threads you buy. Think of a motorway narrowing to a set number of lanes before a toll gate: when more integrations need to run, some wait for a lane to free up (priorities can be set). You never pay for more than you need.

SIKO chose Xeelo and Integray as a flexible process layer for all back-office processes that made no economic or other sense to implement in SAP. The first were purchase orders, received invoices and related processes, which — given their complexity and SIKO's high demands — would have been practically impossible to build in SAP. In Xeelo they simplify daily work for hundreds of employees, and for management, who approve them the way an international group needs.
BENU originally chose Xeelo and Integray to centralise key data about its pharmacies in one place and to run demanding quality inspection and audit processes, including mobile inspections by regional managers. Over time BENU moved many more processes to Xeelo — such as acquiring and opening new pharmacies, and the complete technical management of its pharmacies.
Xeelo and Integray run several key processes at Scania. The most complex calculates service offerings and generates contracts based on a wide range of rules; it is used in most European countries and complements the procurement and investment processes Scania relies on every day.
“Scania Central European Region has been using Xeelo and Integray since 2020 for Contracted Service Management. Due to the flexibility of the platform and the supplier, we created our first flows within months, and both solutions play a key role in the processes we digitised in Scania.”
Eurowag digitalised and largely automated the key fuel procurement process for its stations with Xeelo and Integray. Instead of several systems, users have all decision data in one place — from sales history and trends to current supplier prices and live fuel levels in individual tanks. Orders flow automatically into SAP and to suppliers in the format each one requires.
At Mondi's paper mills, Xeelo runs, among others, processes for acquiring, transferring and disposing of assets — processes too non-standard to be covered by SAP. Given the industry and the variety of assets involved, the process is fairly complex: it ensures adequate, ecological and verifiable disposal, or allows assets to be donated or sold to employees.
